Purple Jade Holistics is the commercial name of Daciana Indolean, self-employed, who supplies services in the field of alternative medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the form of physical treatments and online consultations (destiny charts, birth charts, divinatory sessions, etc)
Purple Jade Academy for Healing Arts is the name under which Purple Jade Holistics aka Daciana Indolean is offering accredited training courses.
Daciana Indolean is a member and accredited training centre of IPHM.
Purple Jade Holistics operates from the United Kingdom and abide by the UK laws and regulations.
- Purchasing alternative medicine and traditional Chinese medicine physical treatments and online consultations
In order to purchase a physical treatment or online consultation, you must contact Daciana Indolean via the Contact form.
Before a physical treatment or online consultation is booked, you will have a short interview with Daciana Indolean in order to establish the nature of your complaint and whether Daciana Indolean has the professional competence to assist you.
Physical treatments take place in Greater Manchester, UK.
Online consultations take place on Zoom and they are recorded.
When purchasing a physical treatment or online consultation you will receive a consent form by which you agree to the specific terms and conditions, you are informed of the nature of the therapies included and possible side effects, as well as situations in which treatment will be denied.
You also agree to read the Privacy Policy.
Return & Refund
Neither the physical treatments or online consultations are refundable.

Digital self-care programs and tutorials as part of the online consultations or self care advice after physical treatments have been designed with the utmost care, and downloadable materials for home use have been provided with clear instructions, cautions and contraindications. The user is the only one responsible for their own safety and wellbeing, and they must do their best to follow the indications within their own level of comfort and safety. They are also solely responsible for ensuring the proper level of hygiene required by the programs.
None of the services, treatments or written materials provided by me, Daciana Indolean, TCM practitioner and trainer at Purple Jade Holistics can be used as a replacement or substitute for medical treatment or medication prescribed by GPs, consultants or other medical professionals.
- Purchasing online readings such as birth charts and divinatory sessions
To purchase online readings such as birth charts or divinatory sessions, you must purchase the service by filling in the designated form and follow the instructions provided, if any.
If you opted for a live reading on Zoom, you will be contacted via email so that a mutual agreeable date and time can be set. The Zoom live readings are recorded and you will receive a copy of the recording as proof of completion and for further reference. During the live reading you may ask between 1 and 3 questions regarding your reading.
If you opted for a pre-recorded reading or a written report, you must allow between 3-5 days for completion of the requested material. This also represents proof of completion. Once this is completed, you may be able to ask between 1 and 3 questions regarding your reading upon payment of a small fee.
You also agree to read the Privacy Policy.
Return & Refund
Astrology consultations and divinatory sessions are non refundable.
If by force majeure I shall be unable to deliver the service you paid for, I shall do my best and either reschedule the live meeting or provide another deadline for your pre-recorded reading or written report, or I shall offer a full refund with my sincere apologies.

Copyright
When you enrol in a course or purchase other online content, you get permission from Daciana Indolean to view it via the services provided by the website. Do not try to transfer or resell content in any way. All materials are copyrighted and you will be liable for breaking the copyright laws.
Content validity
All purchased content will be yours to view and study for the period specified in the course description and might vary between three months (90 days) and one year (365 days) from the date of the purchase. After this, your access to the content will be terminated.
Certification
If the course you purchased is a professional one, you will be issued a certificate of completion at the end of the course upon passing the final exam.
Payment & Refund
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. You agree to pay the fees for the content you wish to view and study and you authorise Daciana Indolean to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment. At this moment all payments must be done via the PayPal platform integrated in the website.
I reserve the right to disable access for any content which I have not received adequate payment.
There is no refund for online content, so please read the description carefully before buying.
